Outgoing people shouldn't feel bad when they want to spend time alone and introverted people shouldn't feel inconsistent if they want to be the center of attention some days. We often think someone isn't being "true to themselves" if we notice them acting differently in an unusual context when all of us do exactly the same thing :)
